How To Bring A Deeper Transformation For Your Clients In Your Coaching, Leadership, or Healing Business

A year ago I was at a retreat, and part of the experience was going through a group breathwork session.

I had done a little breathwork before, but was still pretty new to it.

But this experience blew me away- I had such clarity come in around where I saw myself in my business, and this feeling of confidence in myself and belief flowed through my body. I saw myself hosting transformative retreats in sacred places, and it felt so real in my body.

I released emotions that had been stuck in my body, and I came out of the experience with a sense of peace and conviction in my belief in myself flowing through me.

I knew I wanted to do more breathwork, and I wanted to be able to offer this experience and connection to your body to my clients. It's the perfect compliment to the tools I use for the subconscious mind in my coaching.

I looked at a few different certifications, and then I found Academy of Breath. I knew that it would be the perfect program for me to learn breathwork, as well as meditation.

I loved that they not only taught you 8 different styles of breathwork, but also 3 different styles of meditation to create a really unique and beautiful breathwork experience. And they also offered so much support to with small group and integration calls to help you master the practices and receive feedback as you practice, which was really important to me. 

I completed my certification in December and I love being able to offer this powerful modality to my clients, and also bring it to my own personal healing practice. It has deepened the work I do with my clients, and has helped me to not only connect more to my intution and body, but also to regulate my emotions and manage stress and anxiety.

Academy of Breath has a new cohort starting Feb 15. It's a 12 week online Breathwork and Meditation certification that blends neuroscience and spirituality. You'll also be certified by the Yoga Alliance and the International Breathwork Federation.
